Baking Instructions:

Best results are to bake pies from a thawed state. If you have your pies in your freezer, thaw them out overnight, by placing them in the refrigerator. If you do not have time to place them in your refrigerator over night, then leave them out on your counter top for about an hour or so before baking, so that the pastry thaws out or softens up.

Convection Oven: Pre-heat your oven to around 385 -390 degrees F. While your oven is preheating, brush the tops of each pie lightly with milk or egg wash. Once your oven is ready, bake for 17-25 minutes, remembering to turn the tray, around the 15 minute mark for even baking.
